RESOLUTION NO. 933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE: PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND RELEASING BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE
LAW AND CITY ORDINANCES FOR CAlRLSBAD GOLF PRACTICE
FACILITY - PD 433.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline
service located south of Haymar Drive and east of El Camino Real in the City 01
California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by thle Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of (
for said project and release the bonds,
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of ,the City of Carlsbad, Californii
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for sa
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a reguliar meeting of the Carlsbad C
