A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND RELEASING BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE
LAW AND CITY ORDINANCES FOR BLACKMORE AIRPORT CENTER -
PIP 94-04,

and fire hydrants located at Lot 18, Palomar Oaks Way, in the City of Carlsbad, Calif 7
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, ws1
been successfully completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of tht
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
