RESOLUTION NO. 935
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR
APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR WATER
LINE PURPOSES FOR FOUR SEASONS RESORT AVIARA, CARLSBAD
TRACT 95-02, CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-509
WHEREAS, Aviara Resort Associates has submitted a request for quitclaim of I

Tract 95-02, CMWD Project No. 89-509; and 8
described in Exhibit "A" and "B of the Quitclaim Deed attached thereto and made a part therec 7
easement over a portion of the site south of Alga Road and north of Batiquitos Drive more
9 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District has (
10 it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easement;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbai
12 Water District, as follows:
13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
