A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO
PUBLISH AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE 1995 DOWNTOWN WATER PROJECT, CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-
107, CONTRACT NO, 3404

Project to upgrade and replace distribution mains to accomodate fire flow requirements; and 8
