RESOLUTION NO. 940
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAC
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE SA
DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
5 WHEREAS, the term of the existing Director of the Carl

County Water Authority expires on June 17, 1996; and 7
