RESOLUTION NO. 942
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER, LOT 43, UNIT 2A - CMWD#95-206.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, wa
and fire hydrants located at the southeast corner of Rutherford Road and Faraday Av
City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of tht
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of (
for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law and District Codes
4. That the (Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, is here
to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said projec
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of [
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 18th day of JUNE
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
