RESOLUTION NO. 943
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THREE JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDING BETWEEN THE SAN
DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY AND CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, three Financial Assistance Program Funding Agreements have been prepare
Carlsbad Municipal Water District and the San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the agreements are to assist in funding the Water Resources M
Report in the amount of $35,000, the Phase I1 Reclaimed Water System Preliminary Design Re
amount of $50,000, and the Desalination Pilot Plant Study in the amount of $32,940.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Munici
District as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Financial Assistance Program funding agreements between Carlsbad
Water District and the San Diego County Water Authorii which is on file with the Secretary, is inc
hereby reference, and is accepted.
3. That the President and the Secretary are authorized to execute the three Agreer
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal Wa
held on 18th day of JUNE , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
