RESOLUTION NO. 9 4 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALFORMA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF EXHIBIT ART - PIP 95-03 - CMWD 95-203.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, water serviG
hydrants located at the northeast comer of Kellogg Avenue and Camino Vida Roble in the City of
California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed con
hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Completio;
project.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad MuniciI
District held on the 25thday of- 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
