RESOLUTION NO. 95 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFOm, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF PRIME AUTO CENTER - PD 442. CMWD 934.41 1.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, water serv
hydrants located at 6019 and 6021 Paseo del Norte in the City of Carlsbad, California,
successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed u
hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Complei
project and release bonds in accordance with State Law and District Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, is hereby
commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of Dire
Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the=dday of JULY , 1996 by the following
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
