RESOLUTION NO. 952
A RESOLUTIO'N OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OF
KNORRS BEESWAX - PD 428 CMWD 93-C.414.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of a fire hydrani
line service located at 1965 Kellogg Avenue in the City of Carlsbad, California, h:
successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
I. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Cc
and release the bonds for said project in accordance with State Law and District Code
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, Cal'
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvement!
project.
