RESOLUTIONNO. 953
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF EXHIBIT ART - PIP 95-01, CMWD 94-210.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of waterline, water serv
hydrants located at southeast side of Kellogg Avenue and Camino Vida Roble in the City o
California, have been successfblly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbx
Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed c(
hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Completi
project and release bonds in accordance with State Law and District Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, is hereby
commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of Direc
Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on thexd day of JULY , 1996 by the following
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
