RESOLUTION NO. 955
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A
BID AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PORTABLE
GENERATOR.
WHEREAS, the Carisbad Municipal Water District desires to purct
emergency portable generator to help assure public health and safety, and;
WHEREAS, proper bidding procedures have resulted in the receipt of a b'
qualified vendor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. The bid of Bay City Electric Works, Inc. is hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
order for the purchase of a portable generator in the amount of $41,50C
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carisbad
Water District held on the 10th day of September , 1996, by the
vote to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Board Member Finnila
