RESOLUTION NO. 958
A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
MAERKLE RESERVOIR COVER AND LINER,
CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-109, CONTRACT NO. 3388

7 /I WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 17
by J.W. Contracting Corporation in the amount of $4,563,000.
