A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENT
OF ENERGY, FOR A CAPClTlVE DEIONIZATION PILOT PLANT
DEMONSTRATION PROJECT - CMWD PROJECT NO. 95-302
