RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF AVIAFW PA 7, CT 90-051, CMWD #90-509.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of poi
reclaimed water systems located at the northwest comer of the intersection of Aviar:
and Ambrosia Lane the City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i:
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of Corn
said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law and District Coc
4. That the Carisbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, is herek
to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 18th day of MARCH , 1997 by thc
vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall
