RESOLUTION NO. 968
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF SEAPOINTE RESORT, CT 93-10. CMWD NO. 94-202.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation
improvements located between Carlsbad Boulevard and Avenida Encinas, south o
Airport Road in the City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ai
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of C
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 25th day of March , 1'
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Board Members Nygaard and
