WATER DISTRICT FOR QUITCLAIM OF A WATER LINE
EASEMENT FOR SAMBI SEASIDE HEIGHTS,
GRANTED TO CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES
CARLSBAD TRACT 92-02, CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-504,
WHEREAS, Sambi Seaside Heights, LLC, have submitted a re
