RESOLUTION NO. 973
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE ADOPTION OF
THE URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN, 1997
UPDATE
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
WHEREAS, a draft Urban Water Management Plan, 1997 Up
been prepared by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District in conformance
Urban Water Management Planning Act contained in the California Water COI
et. Seq.; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 8, 1997, to rece
comment regarding the draft Urban Water Management Plan, 1997 Update, 2
comments are contained in the final document; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the approved and accepted document
sent to the State Department of Water Resources no later than 30 days after
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directc
Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
