RESOLUTION NO. 974
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CONTRACT NO. 3488A.
OF RECOATING OF “C” AND ELLERY RESERVOIRS, CMWD NO. 95-107,
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of Recoating “C” and Ellery F
located at “C” Reservoir, no listed address and Ellery Reservoir, 2237 Janis Way, in 1
Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i!
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ar
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 15th day of April , IC
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Board Member Nygaard
