RESOLUTION NO. 979
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF CONTRACT FOR 1995 DOWNTOWN WATER PROJECT,
CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER MAINS IN CARLSBAD VILLAGE
DRIVE, LOCUST AVENUE, HARRISON STREET, AND HIGHLAND DRIVE,
CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-107, CONTRACT NO. 3404.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the 1995 Downtown Wak
construction of potable water mains in Carlsbad Village Drive, Locust Avenue, Harris1
and Highland Drive, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i:
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ar
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 24th day of June , 1s
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall

ABSENT: None
