RESOLUTION NO. 987
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF P.E.D.I. - PIP 95-1 1, CMWD NO. 96-220
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of water imprt
located at Lot 20 of Carlsbad Oaks - CT 74-21 in the City of Carlsbad, California, k
successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i!
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ar

4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said 1
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
