RESOLUTION NO. 989
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF EAGLE CANYON, CT 91-02, CMWD NO. 90-503
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting installation of water impr
located west of El Camino Real at Rancho Carlsbad Drive in the City of Carlsbad,
have been successfullv comDleted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i!
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ar
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 5th day of AUGUST , 1E
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall /
