RESOLUTION NO. 990
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF AVIARA PA 24, UNIT 2 - CT 90-15, CMWD NO. 91-514
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of water impr
located at southeast corner of Aviara Parkway and Poinsettia Lane in the City of
California, have been successfully completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements i:
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law ar
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 5th day of AUGUST , 1s
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
