A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT FOR QUITCLAIM OF A TEMPORARY WATER
PIPELINE EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES
ACROSS LOT 6, CARLSBAD TRACT 94-09, MAP NO. 13357, CARLSBAD RANCH, UNIT 1, CMWD PROJECT
NO. 97-169
WHEREAS, KREG-OC, L.P., has submitted a request for quitck
a temporary water pipeline easement for construction purposes across L
Carlsbad Tract 94-09, Map No. 13357, Carlsbad Ranch, Unit 1, CMWD Projec
97-269; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal \
District has determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a temporary water pi
easement for construction purposes across Lot 6, Carlsbad Tract 94-09, ME
13357, Carlsbad Ranch, Unit 1, CMWD Project No. 97-269, which is on file w
