A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA FOR
APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
OF A WATERLINE EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF
POINSETTIA HILLS, CARLSBAD TRACT 93-03, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 92-501
