RESOLUTION NO. 1023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAERKLE RESERVOIR,
CONTRACT NO. 3388.
COVER AND LINER, CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-109,
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the construction of the
Reservoir, Cover & Liner, Contract No. 3388, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the I
Completion for said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law an
Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, i
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I:
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of Di
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 4th day of August , 19
following vote, to wit:
