RESOLUTION NO. 1027
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
EMERGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY STAFF FOR REPLACEMENT
RADIO TOWER AT MAERKLE RESERVOIR SITE

Whereas, staff was required to respond immediately to a situation
8 the installation of a replacement radio tower located at the Maerkle Reservoir
9 order to avoid interruption of the police and fire departments emergency radio
10

and
12 II Whereas, staff has exercised the option to proceed with the purch;
13 Il installation of this replacement tower as allowed under the Emergency Sectiol

continuation of the police and fire emergency radio system without interrupti01 16
Whereas, purchase and installation of this replacement tower allov 15
