RESOLUTION NO. 1030 E:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA FOR
APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF TWO QUITCLAIM
DEEDS OF PIPELINE EASEMENTS OVER A PORTION
OF THE PACIFIC RIM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE,
CMWD PROJECT NO. 98-C.481

WHEREAS, Carlsbad Unified School District, owner of the Pac
Elementary School Site, has submitted a request for approval and executio a
9 quitclaim deeds of pipeline easements granted to Carlsbad Municipal Wate

located at the north west corner of Hidden Valley Road and Camino De Las C 11
over a portion of the Pacific Rim Elementary School Site, CMWD Project No. !
pipeline purposes, since water and sewer pipelines were moved into the public 12
l3 11 way and will no longer be necessary because both sewer and water pipelir

concurrently and adequately been provided for within the public right-of-way; ar
16 II WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Di:
17 II determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easements; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Director
19 Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
2o I 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
