AGREEMENT WITH P&D CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE 4
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR ACCEPTANCE AND
IMPROVEMENTS IN CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE, 5 CMWD PROJECT NO. 99-605, CITY PROJECT NO. 30721.
6 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of (
7 California has determined it necessary and in the public interest to accept and approve a

from P&D Consultants for engineering services for the final design of water and recycll

WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $279,539 have been appropriated in the
