RESOLUTION NO. 1185
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) TO QUITCLAIM EXISTING WATERLINE EASEMENTS ACROSS
NO. 14541.
APN: 168-311-01 BEING PORTIONS OF LOT 5, MAP
WHEREAS, a replacement waterline system was constructed with the development of
Zalavera Hills - Village “Q”, CT 83-32; and
WHEREAS, the waterline across APN: 168-31 1-01 has been removed from service and
:he waterline easements are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) quitclaims the existing
Naterline easements across APN: 168-31 1-01, being portions of Lot 5, Map No. 14541.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
rNater District held on the 24th day of JUNE , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard
NOES: None
