1186 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) TO
QUITCLAIM AN EXISTING WATERLINE EASEMENT
ACROSS A PORTION OF CARLSBAD TRACT 98-14.
WHEREAS, the waterline across a portion of CT 98-14 is no longer in use; and
WHEREAS, the waterline easement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) quitclaims the existing
Naterline easements across a portion of Thompson/Tabata CT 98-1 4.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District held on the 8th day of JULY , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard
NOES: None
