RESOLUTION NO. 1192
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) TO QUITCLAIM EXISTING WATER PIPELINE EASEMENTS
MAP N0.16233. ACROSS APN: 168-041-08 BEING PORTIONS OF PARCEL
WHEREAS, a replacement waterline system was constructed with the development of
:alavera Hills - Village “Q, CT 83-32; and
WHEREAS, the waterline across APN: 168-041-08 has been removed from service and
ie waterline easements are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Vater District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) quitclaims the existing water
ipeline easements across APN: 168-041-08, being portions of Parcel Map No. 16233.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Yater District held on the 16th day of SEPTEMBER , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard
