RESOLUTION NO, 1203
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT TO QUITCLAIM
EXISTING WATERLINE EASEMENTS ACROSS A PORTION
OF CARLSBAD TRACT 98-1 4-2.
WHEREAS, Standard Pacific Corporation, a Delaware corporation, has submitted a
?equest to quitclaim that portion of waterline easements that traverses over a portion of Carlsbad
Tract 98-1 4-2 ThompsonTTabata.
WHEREAS, the waterline across a portion of CT 98-14-2 is no longer in use; and
WHEREAS, the waterline easements are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the President of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District is authorized to sign
[he quitclaims for the existing waterline easements across a portion of ThompsonTTabata
CT 98-1 4-2.
3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District is authorized to cause the
quitclaims to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District held on the 6th day of April , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, ila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
