RESOLUTION NO. 1236
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) ACCEPTING THE
PIPELINE, PROJECT NO. 3479.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PALOMAR AIRPORT 12-INCH WATER
WHEREAS, the construction of the Palomar Airport 12-inch Water Pipeline has been completed to
he Carlsbad Municipal Water District’s satisfaction by Don Hubbard Contracting on October 14, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water
listrict (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the construction of the Palomar Airport 12-inch Water Pipeline, specifically identified
is Project No. 3479 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad
Municipal Water District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the construction of the Palomar
Vrport 12-inch Water Pipeline, Project No. 3479.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
listrict held on the Ist day of MARCH , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
