RESOLUTION NO. 1261
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
REALIGNMENT AND WIDENING, PHASE 1, PROJECT NOS. 3190
AND 3887.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Rancho Santa Fe Road Realignment and Widening, Phase 1,
has been completed to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District’s satisfaction by Erreca’dHanson SJH on April
22,2005; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water
District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Rancho Santa Fe Road Realignment, Phase 1, specifically
identified as Project Nos. 3190 and 3887 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the Board of
Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the construction of the Rancho
Santa Fe Road Realignment and Widening, Phase 1, Project Nos. 31 90 and 3887.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District held on the 6th day of December 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
