RESOLUTION NO. 1264
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) ACCEPTING
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PASEO DEL NORTE RECYCLED PIPELINE
REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NOS. 3914 AND 3679.
WHEREAS, the Construction of the Paseo Del Norte Recycled Pipeline Replacement has
been completed to the Board's satisfaction by Special Service Contractors, Inc. on May 5, 2005;
and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Water District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Construction of the Paseo Del Norte Recycled Pipeline Replacement,
specifically identified as Project Nos. 3914 and 3679, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted
by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the
construction of Construction of the Paseo Del Norte Recycled Pipeline Replacement, Project Nos.
3914 and 3679.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District held on the 13th day of December , 2005 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members LeFis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
