RESOLUTION NO. 1265
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) ACCEPTING THE
CARLSBAD WATER RECYCLING FACILITY PIPELINE TO “D” TANKS
REACHES 1 & 3, FOR THE ENCINA BASIN WATER RECLAMATION
PROGRAM, PHASE II PROJECT, PROJECT NOS. 3887-1A AND 3667.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Carlsbad Water Recycling Facility Pipeline to “D”
Tanks Reaches 1 & 3, for the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program, Phase II Project, Project
Nos. 3887-1A and 3667 has been completed to the Board’s satisfaction by FCI Constructors on
March 2,2005; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Nater District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Carlsbad Water Recycling Facility Pipeline to “D” Tanks Reaches 1 & 3,
for the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program, Phase II Project, specifically identified as
=reject Nos. 3887-1A and 3667, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the Board of
3irectors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad.

3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the
construction of the Carlsbad Water Recycling Facility Pipeline to “D” Tanks Reaches 1 & 3, for the
Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program, Phase II Project, Project Nos. 3887-1A and 3667.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District held on the 13th day of December , 2005 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
