1 RESOLUTION NO. 1365
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD)
3 ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE MASTER FEE
4 SCHEDULE.

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District
6
(CMWD) has the authority to establish fees for CMWD services; and
7
WHEREAS, from time-to-time said fees are reviewed and evaluated to maintain8
an adequate fee structure recovering costs for CMWD services; and
10 WHEREAS, the Board has determined the cost of providing installation and
11 connection of three new turbo irrigation meters; and
12 WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to recover the costs for CMWD
services.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District, Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

, „ 2. That the changes to the Master Fee Schedule for the fees shown in Exhibit 1a
19 attached hereto related to the three new turbo meters are hereby adopted.
20 3. This resolution shall become effective on September 1, 2009.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Joint Special Meeting of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors and the Carlsbad City Council,
held on the 7th day of July, 2009, by the following vote:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
