1 RESOLUTION NO. 1407
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
3 CALIFORNIA, REFUNDING CONSTRUCTION METER
4 DELIVERY CHARGE PAYMENT TO RITA AND ROBERTO
BASSL
5 WHEREAS, Rita and Roberto Bassi paid the District for a construction meter
6
delivery charge in the amount of $152.90 per month for 10 months, but did not use the
7
construction meter during that time and are therefore entitled to a refund; and8
g WHEREAS, the Finance Department confirmed the time frame where no water
10 use occurred for the construction meter, and verified the refund amount.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
12 Carlsbad Municipal Water District, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That a refund of the construction meter delivery charges in the amount of
15
$1,529 to Rita and Roberto Bassi is authorized.

1 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the Board of
2 Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th

day of December, 2010, by the following vote to wit:

AYES: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
