2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD), ACCEPTING THE
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE RANCHO CARLSBAD
4 PRESSURE REDUCING STATION AND METER REPLACEMENT,
PROJECT NO. 50201. AS COMPLETE.

WHEREAS, the construction of the Rancho Carlsbad Pressure Reducing Station and
Meter Replacement has been completed to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District's satisfaction
by Piperin Corporation on March 17, 2013; and
^ WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows that:

14 1. The above recitations are true and correct.
1^ 2. That the Rancho Carlsbad Pressure Reducing Station and Meter Replacement,

specifically identified as Project No. 50201, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad.
3. That the Secretary of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
20 record the Notice of Completion for the Rancho Carlsbad Pressure Reducing Station and Meter
21 Replacement, Project No. 50201.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad on the 30^^ day of April, 2013, by the
following vote to wit:
