A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD (CMWD), APPROVING A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RECYCLED WATER PHASE III
PIPELINE EXPANSION SEGMENT NO.1A &7,PROJECT NO.52081,AS
COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY TO RECORD A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND RELEASE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW AND
CITY ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS,the construction of the Recycled Water Phase III Pipeline Expansion
Segment No. 1A &7,Project No.52081 was completed to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District's
(CMWD) satisfaction by Ferreira Construction Company, Inc. on May 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS,the formal Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of the City
of Carlsbad, California,as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the Recycled Water Phase III Pipeline Expansion Segment No.1A &7,
Project No. 52081,is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the Board of Directors
of the CMWD of the City of Carlsbad.
3.That the Secretary of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute and record
the Notice of Completion, attached hereto as Attachment A,for the Recycled Water
Phase III Pipeline Expansion Segment No. 1A &7,Project No. 52081.

District of the City of Carlsbad on the 13th day of September, 2016, by the following vote, to wit:
