2 A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
3 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
AMENDMENT OF DEED COVENANTS, CONDITIONS,
4 RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS; SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT; AND GRANT OF PARKING EASEMENTS
5 BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, THE PARKING
AUTHORITY AND PLAZA CAMINO REAL.

7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
8 by the adoption of Resolution No. 5501 / has approved the
9 document entitled "Amendment of Deed Covenants, Conditions,
10 Restrictions and Reservations; Subordination Agreement; and Grant
11 of Parking Easements;"
12 NOW, THEREFORE, the Parking Authority of the City of Carlsbad,
13 California does hereby FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
14 follows:
15 Section 1: That the Amendment of Deed Covenants, Conditions,
16 Restrictions and Reservations; Subordination Agreement; and Grant
17 of Parking Easements between the City of Carlsbad, Parking
18 Authority and Plaza Camino Real, which is on file with the City
19 Clerk and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby approved.
20 Section 2: That the Chairman and Clerk of the Authority
21 are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for
and on behalf of the Authority.
