A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY
2 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
3 CITY OF CARLSBAD, THE PARKING AUTHORITY
AND PLAZA CAMINO REAL IN SATISFACTION
4 OF CONDITIONS NO. 20 AND 22 OF CITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 5499 RE PLAZA
5 CAMINO REAL EXPANSION PRECISE PLAN
(PP 24-A) AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
6 OF SAID AGREEMENT.
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
8 by the adoption of Resolution No. 5519, has approved that certain
9 agreement between the City of Carlsbad, the Parking Authority and
10 Plaza Camino Real, in satisfaction of Conditions No. 20 and 22 of
11 City Council Resolution No. 5499 re Plaza Camino Real expansion
12 Precise Plan (PP 24-A);
13 NOW, THEREFORE, the Parking Authority of the City of
14 Carlsbad, California does hereby FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
15 as follows:
16 Section 1: That said Agreement, which is on file with the
17 City Clerk and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby approved.
18 Section 2: That the Chairman and Clerk of the Authority
19 are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for
20 and on behalf of the Authority.
