RESOLUTION NO. 18
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
3 • APPROVING A FIFTH SUPPLEMENT AMENDING
THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
4 CARLSBAD, THE PARKING AUTHORITY AND
PLAZA CAMINO REAL FOR EXPANSION OF
5 PLAZA CAMINO REAL REGIONAL SHOPPING
CENTER AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
6 EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
8 by the adoption of Resolution No. 5624 , has approved the Fifth
9 Supplement to Agreement dated November 22 / 1978, between
10 the City of Carlsbad, the Parking Authority and Plaza Camino Real
11 for expansion of the Plaza Camino Real Regional Shopping Center;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, the Parking Authority of the City of Carlsbad,
13 California does hereby FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
14 SECTION 1: That said Fifth Supplement, and the exhibits there-
15 to, which are on file with the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
16 and incorporated by reference herein, are hereby approved.
17 SECTION 2: That the Chairman and Clerk of the Authority
18 are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Fifth Supplement
19 for and on behalf of the Authority.
20 SECTION 3: That the Chairman and Clerk of the Authority
21 are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement
22 Regarding Management, operation and Maintenance of Plaza Camino
23 Real Regional Shopping Center Barking Area in Oceanside attached
24 to the Fifth Supplement as Exhibit H, for and on behalf of the
25 Authority.
