PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2840
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL:
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL
PERMIT TO DEVELOP A MINI-WAREHOUSE PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENEf
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE BETWEEN PALOMAR AIf
ROAD AND CAMINO DEL PARQUE.
APPLICANT: WESTERN BANKERS
CASE NO: CUP-246
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City 1
and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as
Title 21 of the Carl sbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, t
Commission did, on the 1st day of March, 1989, hold a duly not,
hearing to consider said application on property described as:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 3415, filed in the Office of the C Recorder, January 21, 1975 as File No. 75-014212 of Off
Records.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anning Commi s

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public ht commission APPROVES a one year extension of a CUP-246, bi following findings and subject to the following condition:
Findinqs:
1 .) That a request for development of a mini-warehouse was November 28, 1984, and that three one-year extensions have bc by the Planning Commission on January 22, 1986, May 6, 1981
18, 1988.
2. That all provisions of P1 anning Commission Resolution No. 236
be complied with in their entirety, except as follows.

a. Condition No. 9 to require trash enclosures be construct materials and colors as the main structures.
b. Delete condition No. 26d.
c. As modified by the following conditions 1 and 2.
Conditions:
1, Approval of a one-year extension to CUP-246 shall be granted
the provisions that no additional extension be granted.
