A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PHASE IV
EXPANSIONOF THE ENCINAWATERPOLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITY LOCATED AT 6200 AVENIDA ENCINAS.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain pro:

Findinss :
1) ?he Precise Development Plan ensures the compatibili'
project with the City's General Plan because:
