PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2861
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 5 YEAR EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL USE F TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A FLOWER GROWING BUSINESS IN 40,040 ! FEET OF GREENHOUSE AREA ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF VALLEY STREET BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND BUENA VISTA AVEh

APPLICANT: YADA FARMS
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City
and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, t

i) Type and size of trucks serving the site; ii) Truck parking, loading and turn-around area! iii) A specific route for trucks serving the sitt iv) Specific locations for site access.
e) Provide erosion and siltation control plan; f) Remove underground storage tanks and all other stored mal facilities that lay within the proposed and existing r: of McCaul ey Lane.
