A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMEN1 PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWESl
CORNER OF OCEAN STREET AND GRAND AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to
