A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD PUBLIC FINANCING
3 AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR CT 09-03, CARLSBAD
4 MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, City of Carlsbad ("City"), as property owner, has submitted a final map
known as CT 09-03, Carlsbad Municipal Golf Course ("Golf Course"), to the City of Carlsbad for
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City leased a portion of the property within the boundary of the property
^ being subdivided to the Carlsbad Public Financing Authority ("Authority") for the purpose of
10 financing, developing and operating the Golf Course; and
11 WHEREAS, the final map separates the Golf Course Site Lease as Lots 6 and 7 and the
12 Related Facilities Site Lease as Lots 1, 2 and 3 from the balance of the property; and
13 WHEREAS, the consent for the preparation and recordation of said final map is
^ ^ necessary from the Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Public Financing Authority as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the board approves of the preparation and recordation of said final map
known as CT 09-03, Carlsbad Municipal Golf Course.
3. That the Executive Director of the Carlsbad Public Financing Authority is
20 authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the final map.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Joint Special Meeting of the
Carlsbad Public Financing Authority and the Carlsbad City Council, held on the 29*"^ day
of January 2013, by the following vote:
AYES: Board Members Hall, Packard, Wood, Blackburn, Douglas.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
