BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Mate
mstrict that Section One of Ordinance Number One as amended by Ordinance Number
Three be mended to read as follows:
Section 1, The meetings of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mruri
pal Water District shall be held within the Boundary of the territory over wNch
district exercises jurisdiction. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shal
held without notice on the first Thursday of each month at the hour of 7:30 P.M.,
the Council Chamber of the Carlsbad City Hall at 2960 Pi0 Pico Baulewmd, Carlsb

ORDERED, ADOPTED AM, APPROVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District on the 3rd day of November, 1955, at the regular monthly
meet- of the Board of Directors held at 7t30 P.M. at 601 ELm Avenue, Carlsbad,
San Diego County, California, by the following vote, to wit: I
